- Provide detailed electromechanical equipment maintenance plan
- Provide adequate process, operation and maintenance training to the customer’s staff
- Provide training for daily analysis of effluent at various stages
- Provide system for logging daily operating parameters and monitoring key performance indicators
- Maintain records and provide MIS reports
- Periodic visits by experts to monitor the plant operations and implement corrective actions, if necessary
