AVR®– AF employs efficient jet mixing, instead of mechanical mixers, for uniform mixing of effluent inside the reactor. AVR®– AF is very effective in degrading fats, proteins, and edible oils.
A proven technology for the treatment of complex wastewaters from the petrochemical and pharmaceutical industries, AHR is a unique combination of two anaerobic treatment technologies in a single equipment. AHR improves solid retention and enhances treated water quality.
AVR® is designed to handle difficult-to-treat wastewaters from the sugar and distillery industry. A high degree of mixing per unit of expended energy is achieved with the optimum degree of operational ease. Also, as there are no in-basin moving parts, it is maintenance-free.
RDRO is a unique combination of an ultrafine gravity filter followed by reverse osmosis. It provides simplified operation, continuous filtration without loss of time for back washing and also reduces the overall space requirement, backwash water volume, and power consumption. About 80-95% of the treated water can be recycled back for process to achieve zero liquid discharge. The reject stream can be treated in an evaporator and dryer.
